Depending on what you are looking for, your answer may come from Samsung.
Check out the U700 (GSM / Vodaphone Import) if you prefer AT&T or T-Mobile. Or if you can wait a couple months, check out the SCH-U940 on Verizon. Virtually the same phone save for the camera and we're still waiting to see of Verizon allows Samsung to stick with the Croix OS.

Uh... why would I want it to run WinMo? Some of us have standards, you know.
The real question is: where's a linux phone in this form factor? Still waiting for Nokia to deliver an N810 based device with GSM/HSPA.
Or even an iPhone II with a slide-out QWERTY. Sure, I'd be stuck on AT&T, but it'd be better than running Windows :-}
