JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS, I LOST ALL MY INFORMATION ON MY RUMOR PHONE OVER THE WEEKEND. I CALLED SPRINT AND THEY ARE DENYING THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM. RADIO SHACK EVEN CONFIRMED THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SOFTWARE.SPRINT TOLD ME THAT MY ACCOUNT IS BEING "UPDATED" AND THAT THEY CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT UNTIL THE 24TH OF JANUARY. SOMETHING IS FISHY SINCE I HAVE TWO OTHER LINES ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEY WORK FINE. THEY AREN'T THE RUMOR PHONE.
Similiar situation happened twice with my rumor. I was sent a replacement phone initially and then it happened to the replacement. I am sending this one back also and will not fool with that phone again.
