Their form factor is virtually identical so there isn't really a reason why it couldn't. I don't see why people complain so much about the M2 sticks so much. Yeah you have to buy them off ebay or Amazon, but since when is point and click ordering that much of a hassle? You can buy M2 micro memory cards on SonyStyle.com or by going to a Sony Style store.  Now they go up to 4GB and the 1 gig has a lower price.  Also check to see if they have free shipping;that is the best time to buy.  I have a W300i which I love,but looking for AT&T/Cingular to roll out a 3G Walkman phone.  I don't see that in the pipeline as of yet.
