Just yesterday
we saw some pics of what was being touted as an iPhone running the as-yet-unannounced 1.1.3 firmware version, and now we've got word of some video proof from a pretty reliable source. Nate True, all-around modder and creator of the
Walluminate light-up wallet, has a short vid up on his cre.ations.net site that claims to depict that handy home page icon rearrangement feature -- you know, the one that
suggests an SDK to make use of all the new slots. Go on, check out the short clip after the break.
[Thanks,
Marcus S.]

SWEET! It should have always been able to do that!

Definitely a cool addition. Although I'm beginning to get annoyed with everyone saying "it should have always been able to do that". It's crazy! It didn't do that. People knew, in detail, what it could and couldn't do when they bought it. And on top of this, people knew Apple planned to issue regular updates to provide enhanced functionality. Yes, maybe you feel it should have had that to start with, but my bet is, when some magical video streaming recording movie studio functionality gets added down the line, someone somewhere will feel "it should have always been able to do that". It can't, it soon will. Be thankful, be excited, and let's leave it at that. Please!

Did anyone see Chuck a couple of weeks ago where his iPhone received an MMS message. Wake me when they add THAT feature! zzzz...
