Guitar Hero III Mobile now available on Verizon
Just a quick reminder for interested parties that Verizon has made good on its promise today to pick up Guitar Hero III Mobile, a game that hopes to bring some fraction of the Guitar Hero franchise's wild success to the mobile world. The game comes bundled with 15 songs with more promised via monthly "song packs," but don't expect the rock star lifestyle to come cheap -- Guitar Hero III Mobile runs $4.49 per month or $11.99 for unlimited use, making it one of the more expensive games ever offered through a carrier's deck. This is probably the silliest thing ever. Who would want to play Guitar Hero on a mobile phone! It's like trying to play Microsoft Flight Simulator X on your PDA. Retarded lol.

Since I don't have my Xbox 360 anymore and I can't get guitar hero 3 for my Wii this is what I play on my Verizon phone.It's not bad but it's terribly easy even on expert.This game came out like a week or 2 ago on Verizon wireless.

Initial review: Not a bad time killer at all. Sounds good on my enV too, just the key positioning is a little awkward but still playable. And yes, it ain't very hard either.
I give it a B+, might be worth a month or two of subscribing.

I hear that subsequent songs are going to be much harder after reading comments on the difficulty level. People on other carriers can text Rock to 46966 to be notified when it's available.
