LG moves 15 million bars of Chocolate
Nah, LG's latest sales triumph can't hold a candle to the ones held by Motorola and Nokia, but still, moving 15 million of anything is something to be celebrated. Reportedly, the firm broke the aforementioned barrier this month, and it's said to be the first Korean-based handset maker to sell that many units globally. Granted, the Chocolate's allure has been slowly fading with the introduction of newer, flashier and potentially more delicious offerings, but there ain't no shame in partying down for hitting such a milestone.

Gee, could the fact that Verizon has been so gawd awful with getting some decent hansets to market have anything to do with it?
elgee02 @ Dec 10th 2007 3:48PM
You know this includes european and asian variants as well... so to answer your misguided statement VZW's handset lineup has nothing to do with it.

elgee02, fair enough since as of September Verizon Wireless claimed to sell 3 million of these phones. So, perhaps they are not such pieces of junk elsewhere. But they are still a disporportionately huge piece of Verizon Wireless pathetic behind the time offerings (thus my "misguided" disdain for them)
