Nokia takes Nseries PC Suite to 2.0 -- again
After a brief stint all up in Nokia's Beta Labs, the prerelease of Nseries PC Suite 2.0 was pulled back in September due to a handful of snags -- "technical immaturity," as Nokia calls it. No worries, though; the latest rev of every Nseries device's favorite desktop companion is back in full effect this week, rocking key improvements. Perhaps the most important is "significantly improved stability," but other goodies include integration with Nokia Photos, a downsized web-based installer that cuts down on overall install time, and one-click sync. Grab it now from the Beta Labs site -- or, if you're the cautious type, wait just a little bit longer for the final build to roll around.[Via All About Symbian]

For the uninitiated (me until 2 minutes ago) this explains what NSeries PC Suite is:
Nokia Nseries PC Suite is a collection of Nokia Nseries and third-party PC applications that seamlessly tie together your Nokia Nseries multimedia device and your PC. Use the applications to transfer photos or videos from your device to your PC, to copy your favorite music from your PC to your device or to synchronize your calendar and contact information. And much more.
