Samsung, LG, Gigabyte and Samart produced phones with 5 MP CCD image sensors last year. I own Samart's i-mobile 902 and the sensor in this phone is Sony's 5 MP ICX495 which can also be found in for example Canon's SD450 digital camera. The drawback with CCD is the need for more power: if I shoot lots of photos, the phone gets hot and the 1100mAh battery drains quickly, almost as fast as a Windows Mobile PDA battery.
