I own Samart's i-mobile 902 and the sensor in this phone is Sony's 5 MP ICX495 which can also be found in for example Canon's SD450 digital camera. If phone companies decided to use Fujifilm's 1/1.7" Super CCD sensors in their handsets. That'll probably happen when pigs fly, but still.
