Motorola's H375 and H680 Bluetooth headsets
They don't have the functionality and all-weather durability of the S9 -- nor the diminutive stature of the H9 -- but Motorola's latest pair of Bluetooth headsets look like decent choices when simplicity is key. Both units feature something Moto's calling "TrueComfort," which apparently results from intense study of the anatomy of the human ear (and this wasn't done before?) for superior contact between the bud and the ear canal; the bottom line is that you end up with better sound and a bud that you can wear for longer without discomfort. The H680 is being geared as the higher-end of the two, with a special model designed for women that features a "frosted design" and bundles a carrying case. The H375, meanwhile, is being labeled as the perfect headset for the first time Bluetooth headset user thanks to its simplicity, color-coded power meter -- and presumably, low cost. Both are available now for $80 and $40, respectively.

anyone had experience with the H680 yet? it baffles me that it's so hard to find a bluetooth headset that doesn't have this on/off switch. is anyone else tired of holding down their power button for 4 seconds to turn their headset on or off? it drive me nuts. it looks like this headset is similar to motorola's H670 and H800, purely with respect to this "on/off switch" feature.

my questions - why the need for a separate charging connector and what's wrong with a mini-usb plug? it's just another doo-hickie to lose. I don't see why it's so hard to see about the mini-USB plug - with a single mini-usb, I can charge / sync with my: phone, mp3 player, camera, external GPS, etc., etc. Why can't the headset manufacturers realize I don't want / need another cable to carry around...

The H375 doesn't support call waiting. You still have to open your phone and fumble with it to answer another call. Lame. Not very hands free friendly. Why leave that feature out? I'm returning mine today.
