Ummmm . . . The black suit did enhance Spidey's powers but at rather an unacceptable cost since it was a parasite that affected his personality and intensified aggressive tendencies. Just thinking that I wouldn't want to tie my product to something like that - its not just fanboys that will know that (particularly after watching the movie). Giving away the movie is fine by itself - the tie-in to justify it is stupid.
