iUnlock Reloaded: free iPhone unlocking for dummies now available
Wake the kids, phone the neighbors, the We'll bring you more just as soon as we get hands-on with the new wares (eh hem, all our iPhones seem to be unlocked at the moment) and as long as Apple doesn't drop the hammer with a new iPhone firmware release. We know it's coming, and chances are it will wreak havoc with the unlock.

"It works like this:
- upload all 3 files to your phone in some location you prefer
- ssh in
- run iUnlock_Reloaded (./iUnlock_reloaded)
- be happy if its done

You have to jailbreak the phone, which depending on what version you have of itunes, etc. people have had their phone constantly reboot because of an itunes update... so the word BREAK in jailbreak is key mind you....

You need to use a program like 'iBrickr' to Jailbreak the phone. Google it and you can find it all over the web. Instructions will be there on how to use the program, although it's fairly easy to use.

Well you're not alone.
We need some kind of centralized information with all these updates popping all over the web.
Let's say I get an iphone box now.
will ibrickr bypass the AT&T activation process?
Will I be able to update 1.0.0.2?
How do I upload those files? and how to use SSH to run a cmd?
this may all seem basic to you but there millions of people waiting for that kind of information!
You've been awesome guys, but all of this is useless without some kind of walkthrough...

Nevermind my above post - I was running it from my mac ssh'ed into my phone.
I realized that the run had to initiated from the phone itself.
