Sadly, no this won't be coming to VZW anytime soon. Vodafone outside the United States is a GSM carrier. They only own 45% stake in Verizon Wireless. It sucks cause this phone is gorgeous. VZW could learn a lot from Vodaphone... especially when it comes to Proprietary Operating systems on their phones... I hate how they just throw away the phone makers sytems for their own piece of junk interfaces...

I've been on pre-order for this phone since early June. First at Elite Electronix when the price was $498 and it was shipping in July, then at Negri when the price jumped to $699 and would be available at the end of August. And now Negri has dropped it until a firm shipping date is recognized. Even if Samsung tries to future proof this phone, by the time it comes out it may be outdated and overpriced. But I am also almost retarded and would buy it...
