worst phone ever! seriously. tho only have had two, that's two too many! i bought to replace my slice (tho clunky software, i dropped and broke so i needed one) and seriously, never had worse experience.
it locked up (froze) requiring battery removal to restart three times first nite, then next day two times while txting. so exchanged for new one. and just now started locking up while txting. freezes and requires battery removal, restart.
clearly a total design/software flaw... with THE PHONE not network.
totally avoid until some indication they fixed it.
and the virgin mobile tech guy said he hadn't heard any bad feedback. either they aren't getting any feedback or people are clueless. this phone is simply a complete disaster!
