What a loser you are.

And for those suing over the battery issue. You knew it before you bought it. THE OTHER choice plan they give you is a flat 25 cents per minute, WOW what a wonderful company or should I say a terrific rip off.

AS FOT the post on suing AT&T, my attorney told be the the structure of the att unfortunately puts all the liability on apple, because att can say that apple was contracted to build a phone for them, BUT apple has NO EXCUSE at all for making a phone based on a common system and INTENTIONALLY selling it or making it available to ONE COMPANY, you see they are smart and devious, - apple can say that under contract they are not allowed to sell to others. what a nice plan.

The fires works are however still possible because when apple begins to sell to other companies in other countries a reasonable court may say that to manufacture a COMON - NOTHING SPECIAL ITEM THAT WORKS JUST LIKE ANY OTHER PRODUCT and make it only available to who they like is both un-American, unethical, and subject to "antitrust," and anti-monopoly laws and unfair trade practice.

NOT ONLY ARE YOU THE LOSER, but by allowing any company to dictate ware you need to buy for example your battery or your gas or your phone service MAKES US ALL LOSERS, and thanks to your naive and narrow minded view.

AS FOR the iphone and ATT service "needed" for the phone, that is nonsense and not everyone needs the few gimmicks offered by att.

nypress

Comments on Apple and AT&T hit with third class action suit over iPhone battery

Can someone please initiate a class action suite against AT&T for forcing iPhone buyers to subscribe to the horrible Cingular, now AT&T service, to their service. What they are doing is criminal, unethical and not legal because an unlocked iPhone as you can works work perfectly fine with any GSM carrier, as you can all see with an unlocked phone. This would NOT be the case for example if the iPhone was based on the VERIZON system, because it use a specific signal and GSM will not work. Can you imagine if a car manufacture started to build cars and forced people to use a specific type of gas by making the gas input opening to only fit a specific gas company? Then claim that only x-gas can effectively give you the acceleration to make the car perform well.

Come one now, I need unlocked iPhones that are fully warranted by Apple, not altered, and if they are not available within the next 6 months, I myself will organize a class action suite on behalf of every customer that has an iPhone and was forced with no choice to get the overpriced AT&T service. And AT&T will ultimately lose and be liable for millions of dollars in refunds based on the savings someone lost by paying the higher AT&T prices.

nypress
