I take a lot of photo's on the job with my phone and read that the camera on the kaiser is much better (..sharper/brighter, not just the fact that its 2 vs 3 MP), also love the "leave it on your desk *tilt* view", but what would really decide it for me is if the GPS were carrier independent (like if it used a TomTom program instead of paying sprint X $$ per month for GPS), but somwhow I doubt AT&T will let us have our cake and eat it too
