I agree. ATT is a mess. Unfortunately it's also paid for by my business so I can only complain so much if I'm not willing to switch.

I will say that my wife's T-Mobile never drops a call (even in the exact places where mine's guaranteed to crap out).

Plus they support sports franchises that I follow. Win-win.
