The keys on the keyboard are small, of course, but once you get used to them, and figure out where everything is, and how it works, its very efficient. The screen is very well lit, but it tends to wash out, in bright sunlight, but then who stands in the bright sun and types on a smartphone, anyway, unless one is in the desert.

There is lots to like about this system, I came over to this from a Razer, so its been a big jump for me. Still it was made much easier because it is Windows based, and if one has a good understanding of windows, then it's pretty easy. Microsoft seems to have a fairly good support system in place for mobile as well. Alltel also has good support, with short wait times, if any.
