Jeez seems Qualcomm can't catch a break lately.

We're only hurting US employees by wishing doom on a US company like Qualcomm. Nokia and Broadcom have just as much self-interest in getting our dollar as Qualcomm does. There is no good guy/bad guy here.

There should be a limit on how much squabbling can continue. Consumers lose while these greedy conglomerates fight over who gets our money.

In retrospect, Qualcomm was smart in that they got into the game early. Nokia and Broadcom know this and now want a piece of the pie. Nobody forced Verizon or Sprint to chose Qualcomm over Nokia, but they did.

So if Nokia can't compete with Qualcomm at their own game, then they feel they have to involve the courts and the government. Sad really.
