i got Ampd to refund the monthly fee of my hybrid plan on my account and my wifes account as well. And I got Best buy to return both phones as we only had them about one month. The first email I sent to you I explained the credits. Michelle only had two credit card transaction approved for $20 each (ending 3871). She should see a total of $40 back on that card and that is all that is owed UNLESS you can provide a bank statement showing otherwise.
