Although I only made one payment since I bought the fake service in feb 07. I finally talked to Customer service 2months later. Only to hear that the contract I bought was false, and I must pay the real bill. This company and all their service reps were forceing me to pay way more than I signed for. I was always getting different run around responses for nonsense charges. Plus Placed on hold, and getting a dial tone after 3hrs of waiting. I Was miserable for 5 months stressed over my credit scores. Now I pray that They stop taking advantage of me and all these other customers who were ripped off. T-mobile I'm coming back 7yrs straight and never had to deal with that type of BS that amp'd put me through.

My wife and son bought amp'd mobile several months ago,and had the same problems. Long wait times on the phone,rude and very unprofessional help staff.outragous bills which no one could explain or do anything about. I hope a federal agency investigates these people.Whoever ran the show there needs to go to jail for fraud.
