I really hope they are done with. I work at best buy and their dealer/customer support is non exsistant.Waiting on hold for hours is pretty sad, and half of their phones don't work right. The phone selection sucks too. today was like christmas when they told us we arent selling ampd mobile anymore and to take everything ampd mobile and send it back.
