Quite flawed, but for me it's not early termination fees that keep me with ATT.

It's flexibility. I can use unlocked phones on ATT and switch at will. Couldn't with the iPhone so I didn't get one, but CAN with all other gsm phones and that's what I like about it.

Odd but I am able to remove my SIM from the iPhone and use it in my HTC 8525 with HSPDA data. I've had no issue with this.
