It seems Samsung thinks that one slider ain't enough for T-Mobile USA's lineup. The aptly-named t429 (pictured left) will slot in just below the long-since-released
t629, offering up a measly VGA cam and Bluetooth in a dark, reasonably attractive package with an expected launch date of August 20 (no

curiously extends Samsung's licensing relationship with RIM for BlackBerry Connect and SureType -- with availability allegedly starting August 1. We'll
wait for 3G, personally, but you gotta like Samsung's initiative here.

I really expected any new Sammy's to be UMA enabled. Bummer. Guess I'll just keep using my ultra-bogus t-409 until something better comes along.

I called T-mobile and they were telling me over the phone about these two phones that were going to be available soon.
The Samsung t729 will be available on August 8th and the t429 will be available on August the 20th.

I just got a confirmed date of August 3rd for the Blast from a very reliable source at T-Mobile
