AT&T's LG CU575 to be called "Trax" -- release imminent?
It looks like CU500 shoppers may want to hold off for just a few days. Cases, cables, chargers, and other knickknacks for LG's latest hunk of 3G love for AT&T -- the shiny CU575 -- are said to be arriving in stores as we speak, suggesting that a release probably isn't too far off. Stay tuned![Thanks, anonymous tipster]
Update: Looks like the CU575's government name will be "Trax." Music theme, anyone?
Update 2: We may be looking at a launch as soon as tomorrow, July 17. We'll keep you updated.

Actually this phone has already been released and has shipped to National Retailers such as Wal-Mart and Best Buy. Currently in Best Buy warehouses and should be arriving at stores this week. Some Wal-Mart stores have already recieved shipment of the CU575 and are on sale now ($48.88 with 2yr is Wal-Marts Price) Phone has many of the same features as CU500 but will support video share which launches within the week in all 160 3G markets

Cool looking phone. I saw one in a Wal-Mart recently and just as I put it down to look at the one next to it, (the display model) another Wal-Mar t employee removed it from the display. She said there was a problem with this phone and was asked to pull it.
Cool looking phone but does anyone have a line on a problem with it?

Does anyone know anything about when the LG Trax will be in AT@T stores to buy?
