GPS, expanded memory -- how is one to choose? Heck, is it fair to even
ask one to choose? Spectec thinks not, and if you're sporting a Windows Mobile device with a miniSD slot, you might just be in luck. Its
SD effort was impressive enough, but the Taiwanese firm's SDG-811 somehow manages to pack a SiRFStar III GPS receiver into a miniSD card that extends a mere 3 centimeters beyond the edge of the slot, perfect for breathing some new life into that
Wizard or Apache. The SDG-811's trademark parlor trick, though, is an integrated microSD slot, effectively giving your device a second shot at expandable memory after the miniSD slot has been consumed. No word on a release date yet, but Expansys is happy to take names in the meanwhile.

Congratulations to the 50 or so people out there with devices that actually have a miniSD slot. Today's your lucky day!
Now, how about the rest of the world?

Um, what do you mean? The same company sells a regular SD version of this as well, with microsd expansion slot and a gps receiver.
I think it looks awesome. I have an external BT GPS receiver that works fine for the car, but can't practically be carried around while walking. This MiniSD iteration would be prefect for my 6700.

If it's under a $100 I'll put one in my 6700. That totally rocks. About time, only feature I'm missing on my PDA is GPS. and the Mogul/6800 doesn't have GPS through telenav even availible yet. I would be really happy if my 6700 beat the 6800 to GPS.
