would this european t-mobile locked iphone worked here in the us with t-mobila usa?

Yep, it will, if they toss the activation scheme. T-Mobile's unique system of SIMlocking allows Euro T-Mobile phones to work with T-Mobile USA SIMs. This also works vice-versa, so it's handy to remember if you're going to Europe.
