There are thousands on ebay. some fools paid over a grand last night and into the morning, but just 24 hours later the bids arent going much higher than retail price, I would suspect as flooded as it is and will become , that you will be able to get them on ebay for less than contract price, without the contract.. just like you can with most things.. alot of people bought them only to sell them on the secondary market thinking they would cash in, well its allready crashing in one day.

Regardless of where you buy it, you still have to activate service for 2 years to even use it.
