I have had two 12 month contracts with them at different times and I hated it. They would be nearly impossible to contact and disconnect from. They'd place random charges on my bill and in general just make your life complicated. <br><br>T-Mobile have been a breath of fresh air in comparison. I hope they get the iPhone. There much more an Apple type of company. Great customer service, billing/ account access and overall good coverage.<br><br>If your listening Apple. T-Mobile. Pick T-Mobile.
