How does this have any impact or bearing on ANYTHING? An Apple employee with an iPhone two weeks before the launch?!?! Sure sounds newsworthy to me! Having never been on the CalTrain, this picture seems to be taken at a weird angle, are they layed out with offset aisles or was Mark, pretending to put something in the overhead bin?

Second, isn't the headphone jack on the wrong side?
