Samsung's 3 megapixel E950 slider
Seems like manufacturers are in a bit of a rut with cam resolutions on their mainstream models as of late -- unless you're spending the big bucks, a 2 megapixel sensor is the name of the game. Samsung's bucking that trend a little bit here with its new E950 slider, the supposed followup to the E900 that took Europe by storm last year. At 15.5mm, the new model's a bit thinner -- but besides that, the re-upped cam, and a dedicated Yahoo! Search key (a la Softbank), specs are basically the same as the outgoing model. No details on exactly when it'll be in widespread circulation, but look for it to run about $520 unlocked.

I loved my e900. this looks like it lost the touch sensitive music controls and gained unattractive icons on top of the dpad, I would love to play with one to see if it could be my new baby
