Anyone else remember Microsoft getting in big trouble in Europe a while back over pre-installing IE and making so integrated into Windows XP.  Being that the rewviews of this phone are of the European model I would venture to geuss they are just trying to cover their asses this time around.  Plus, is anyone really going to complain about using Opera over IE on a WM phone?
