Hold up on that 8800 purchase, ladies and gentlemen; its slimmer, hipper, more feature-packed cousin hits in less than 24 hours. The 8300 Curve packs QWERTY usability and Pearl style into a case that measures only 4.2 x 2.4 x 0.6 inches. Features AT&T's touting include a lovely QVGA display with automatic light sensor, integrated spell checker (a BlackBerry first), noise cancellation, Bluetooth 2.0, push-to-talk support, comprehensive media support including a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 2 megapixel cam. Look for it on AT&T starting tomorrow for $199.99 on a two-year agreement.

I see the Curve is listed on Amazon.com for $99 with new activation... I can't imagine there will be a better deal out there than that.

Of course!!!! Called AT&T stores this morning (6 of them in the area) and none of them had recieved their shipment of Blackberry Curves yet. They are available on their web site and the official release date is today. Just leave it to AT&T to get everyone excited over something and not deliver.

I just got in 2 I ordered through at&t Premier yesterday. They don't come with caes! Didn't they learn ANYTHING with the Pearl! The case they have on the Premier website, which we ordered, is a UGLY "ballistic nylon" case. If anyone here ever had the Nextel 7100i BlackBerry will know what I'm talking about. This one has a flap though. This case if FRIGGING HUGE!!! The Curve is VERY nice. It is only a smiggin wider than the Pearl, same just a little thicker. The keyboard spacing is nice.
