Those are probably not gaming keys. The K790a features two buttons in the same position, and they are just used as shortcuts - for example, push one in standby and you see the last picture you took.
Yes these are not only shortcut buttons but also gaming buttons.on some games you can rotate the image and use them as action buttons\this is true for the k800i anyway.
