AT&T refunds up for grabs after BlackBerry outage?

Cash money revenge is at hand dear BlackBerry users. After suffering a 12 to 15 hour e-mail outage last week, ~~Cingular~~, uh hem, the New AT&T is offering its business subscribers a prorated credit as long as your willing to call and complain. We're talking a mere $1 to $2.50 refund depending upon your plan -- but hey, what were you expecting? If that doesn't slake the retribution jones then perhaps you should up the Methadone.

Not to be a dick, but I hate when people on message boards do it, and I'd hate to see this site fall down that terrible well of grammatical despair:

In this case, the word you're hunting for is "you're." Not "your."

I would think it would be easy for ATTingular to just run a sweep of the billing systems for Blackberry plans and credit appropriately.

But then again, nobody ever accused them of making things easy for customers OR their CSRs. Call volume++
