So hold on, I was hours away from buying a Treo 680. What exactly does "commitment to the Palm OS community" mean? Does this mean they come out with the spankin' new Linux-based OS and my 680 can't use it, but they continue to support Garnet so as not to abandon us, but developers "evolve" into this new platform because Garnet is on the path out to pasture after a while? Or do we think my 680 would be able to use the new stuff? I'm guessing the latter. Not sure exactly what those arrows mean. Every time I almost make a major upgrade, it's like it's exactly the wrong time to buy. Yarrrgh!
