The prices for the plans are staying the same. As are the uses for the "unlimited" data. There is just some confusion because the terms and conditions have said for at least the last couple of years that there is a 5GB cap, and it's limited to "1) Internet browsing, 2) email and 3) intranet access (including access to corporate intranets, email, and individual productivity applications like customer relationship management, sales force, and field service automation)." However, that doesn't apply to if you tether, which is an additional $15 on top of the "unlimited" data plans.
