"No one wants a crippled Verizon phone anyway." No one. Main reason why I hate Verizon (I use Cingular) but it's just that Cingular has been talking about the CU500v for months now. I was being pesimistic.
"All CU500's will be upgradable via firmware at a cingular store to a CU500v." I thought we already confirmed that's not true. Cingular said "it's not possible" but that probably won't stop people from howardforums from dumping the firmware
