It's A LOT easier to upgrade to Edge Evolution than it is to upgrade to HSDPA. No new hardware needed. Don't get offended. How many places have you been, that you lose 3G signal and go back to Edge. Now that Edge fallback will be even faster (and probably less battery life). I live in the Tristate area and get 3G but when I'm on vacation in Florida, I only get EDGE. I really hope this picks up speed.
SOFTWARE UPGRADE! w00t! (by the way, i know they mean software of the towers, not the handsets)
