1. The Gucci monogram is incorrect. 2. Gucci's style guide dictates no product displayed without a model. 3. Gucci's style guide dictates the print logo never to be on the bottom left. It's always on the bottom right. 4. Gucci's style guide dictates the print logo to always have at least a quarter inch space around it. That tagline "mobile phone" intrudes on that space.
I used to work for Gucci and am quite familiar with their strict branding guidelines.
