Cingular handing out free extended batteries for BlackJacks
Enjoying the Cingular BlackJack but finding that the batt life is really weak? Happy days are here my friends -- at least for a select bunch of you. If you haven't already rushed out and dropped $50 on the extended battery for your trusty Windows Mobile device, contrary to what everybody tells us, procrastination can indeed pay off. Apparently some things in life are free! Cingular is offering no cost extended-life love for any BlackJack purchased with only the two standard batteries in the package. Simply zip over here, enter your IMEI number, (this can be found by typing *#06# on phone keypad, or looking under the battery, and is even printed on your box) and mobile number in the handy dandy form. Apparently IMEI numbers between 352794010030189 to 352794012269959 are good to go, so hurry up and grab yours before the deal is done.[Via i607blackjack.blogspot.com]

hmm jackpot, I already complained to cingular about it and they took 50 bucks off my next months bill, which is funny cause I submit it in for the rebate as well, so lets see if I can get an extended life battery for $-50

This article is GREAT!!!! I had read that Samsung was shipping the new batteries with the more recent Blackjacks. I had been looking around the Cingular website with no luck for early Blackjack owners and requesting an extended battery. THANK YOU Engadget and i607blackjack.blogspot.com

this is perfect. i thought the extra batter that the phone came with would help but who lugs around extra batteries with them when they go out? i'm hoping this extended battery will do the trick. thanks!

I tested this camera for a client. I didn’t have the light running for more than 15 minutes. The battery lasted approximately 6 hours before recharging. The LCD, however, had a few dead pixels - never saw this before. Tried returning for exchange and had to put up quite a fight. Anyone else seen this? http://www.batterylaptoppower.com
