Symbian's UIQ 3.1 gets ready to drop

Are you itching for that new UIQ operating system in your trusty Symbian smartphone? Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) come into play with the newer UIQ 3.1 version as well as improved multi-tasking support. We're going to see some newer UIQ devices shortly -- probably from UIQ love buddy Sony Ericsson -- with all the announcements that 3GSM is bringing at the moment -- and developers will be in a heyday when the new SDK for UIQ 3.1 is released shortly at developer.uiq.com, according to AllAboutSymbian. Windows Mobile 6 and UIQ 3.1 -- ok, fight!
