Amen, brother. Further more I was able to buy one of these back in December and ended up returning it after 3 days. The ear hook is the worst design ever. Its extremely annoying and cumbersome to try to put this thing on when you want to use it. I found myself struggling to get it on my ear securely. Its like they over-engineered it. Further more, all the snazzy jazzy technology it claims to have isnt really all that effective, yes it works, but as well as they advertise. The phone I used this ear piece with was a Sprint PPC 6700. Before using the jawbone I was very happy with the Sony Ericsson HBH-610. The only reason I was looking to upgrade was I wanted the same sound quality I got out of the HBH-610 and a USB charging port. The jawbone charges via USB but has a proprietary connection port on the jawbone itself that is NOT mini-USB so this means that you HAVE to carry another cable around with you if you need to charge your jawbone on the go. Basically, the Jawbone was over-hyped and over priced. If you are happy with the performance of your current BT headset then I would NOT recommend the jawbone.
