The two people there were nice, but one knew his stuff and the other didn't. The selection was lacking as well.

I've been to a Best Buy mobile, and the dude there actually turned me on to this site as a place to learn more. I know next to nothing about cell technology, but it does seem to be a smart business move to cater to customers like me. And thats what it looked to me that they were doing.
