Sony Ericsson cameraphones reign supreme at Flickr
Looks like our favorite photo sharing website Flickr is coming clean with the statistics of its most popular devices for its mobile upload service. Sony Ericsson has three of the top five spots with the K750 and K800 landing first and second. Now, we are as shocked as you are to see the Nokia N73 -- 3.2 megapixel camera and all -- coming up short on this one, especially considering that it supports Nokia's mobile Flickr app. With the 5 megapixel N95 coming out in the near future, we don't know how long Sony Ericsson will hold the crown

My K800 takes wonderful shots, but I wouldn't mind a real digital camera.

I love my k750. Still taking great photos for me 18 months after purchase!

I think this might be a bit deceptive...
from that flickr page:
"The graphs are only accurate to the extent that we can automatically detect the camera used to take the photo (about 2/3rds of the time). That is not usually possible with cameraphone photos and cameraphones are therefore under-represented"
It's more likely that Sony Ericsson is the only cameraphone manufacturer, or one of the only, that is including meta data on their images indicating what camera took the picture.

The N73 was released this summer, the K750i was releases over a year ago. I think the N73 is doing VERY good claiming up like that in such a small period of time.

I agree with the deception but on another level. How many people can afford an 'N' series phone and who would be dumb enough to spend the equivalent of a lowend digital slr(far superior to any phone) to put pictures on flickr. I personally own or have owned most of the "w" series phones and pictures are ok. But that is not why I bought the phone.
