Well it's not coming out in the US according to the october review from engadget, and even if you import it, it wont support HSDPA stateside (We require WCDMA 850/1900, the N95 supports WCDMA 2100 only) so you'd be screwed. I've been waiting for this phone too, but without HSDPA, it's not much of an attraction. You could get the N80 tho, it at least support wcdma 1900.
