I've been selling Verizon phones for about 5 years. Many phones have been some serious pieces of ..., but that is to be expected of any carrier. The v325 is quality phone at it's current price, and the vast majority of people would be well served to pick it up while the current promotion lasts. Coming from a V188 on T-Mobile I had to adapt a little bit to the "Verizon" menu system, but am getting along with the phone now, and it works well. I got it because Consumer Reports reviewed all of the current Verizon phones in the Jan 07 issue and this was the higher rated of only 2 which still have an Analog radio in them. The downside for sure, is that you have to do a seem hack in order to use Motorola Phone Tools for file transfers over BT or USB. While researching the hack I found out that Verizon is disabling BT and USB file transfers on ALL current (and likely future) Moto phones.
