Will it work on Cingular? Sure it will work fine on Cingular's 850MHz network. This phone will also not be able to support cingulars 3G network becuase cingular uses the 1900 Mhz UMTS band for 3G where as the Maxx uses the 2100 Mhz UMTS Band.
