Are there any copywright issues with this?

And for the love of George Bush, who would ever want to have Palm on a Windows Mobile device? That doesn't make sense. It's just retarded.. you got a Windows Mobile device because it can do everything, not so you can spend 50 bucks to be stuck with the ancient ugliness of the Palm OS.
