I was talking to Rogers support last night about this very issue. I'm not happy with their data plans at all. I was told to start checking back around February, which is when HSDPA is supposed to be rolled out Canada wide.
I was told, without a doubt, that Rogers will be changing their data plans to better service the HSDPA crowd... He told me something in the form of an "unlimited" plan will have to be offered.
